  • All products are made to order and may take 7–14 business days for production and delivery.

  • Once your order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if production has started.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • LovoraCustoms reserves the right to update prices at any time without notice.

4. Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays once items are handed to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If this occurs, contact support@lovoracustoms.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on this website are property of LovoraCustoms and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

LovoraCustoms is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
