Yes! We send you a digital mockup of your product so you can review it. You’ll be able to request small adjustments before we finalize and ship it.

Most orders are designed, printed, and shipped within 7–10 business days after you approve your mockup. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product type.

If you notice an error right after checkout, contact us as soon as possible. Once production starts, we can’t guarantee changes — but we’ll do everything we can to fix it before it’s printed.

Because each LovoraCustoms item is made specially for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on personalized products.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it at no cost.
