Refund and Return Policy

At LovoraCustoms, every order is made uniquely for you. Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges. However, we’re committed to making sure you love your purchase — if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.


1. Custom & Personalized Items

Since each product is made specifically to your order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or design choices made by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Minor color variations (due to screen differences or printing limitations)

We recommend double-checking your design, spelling, and personalization details before completing your order.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include clear photos of the damage or defect

  • Send your message to support@lovoracustoms.com with your order number

Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.


3. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please:

  1. Double-check your shipping address.

  2. Ask neighbors or local carriers.

  3. If still unresolved, contact us — we’ll assist in filing a claim and provide a replacement when applicable.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After that, production begins and the order cannot be changed or refunded.


5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. However, we’ll do everything possible to help you track and resolve any delivery issues.
