Once you place your order, our design team contacts you to confirm your personalization details. We’ll create a preview based on your input and only proceed to production once you’re happy with the design.
Yes! We provide digital mockups for review and approval before production. This ensures your gift turns out exactly the way you imagined.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days after final design approval. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
Because all products are made to order, we can’t accept returns for custom or personalized items. However, if there’s a production error or damage, we’ll fix it immediately with a replacement or refund.
